UF Health Family Medicine - Magnolia Parke was founded as a clinic of UF Health Shands Hospital in 1995. Since that time, the clinic has grown to become the complete medical services provider for many families in the Gainesville community.
Providers at UF Health Family Medicine — Lem Turner offer services for patients during every stage of life, from newborns to senior adults. Services include annual checkups, general health care, sports physicals and well-baby visits.
Many UF Health Family Medicine providers offer established UF Health patients telemedicine appointments via computer, tablet or smartphone. UF Main Street is our state of the art, fully equipped family medicine residency center that is only one of the 6 clinics within our Community Health and Family Medicine Department. We are strategically located to provide services for all types of patient populations, including the under-served.
UF Health Wildlight is a medical office complex in the new community of Wildlight in Nassau County, Florida. The comprehensive medical office building will include 40,000 square feet of space for primary care, urgent care, imaging services, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, mental health services, dentistry and a laboratory.
